CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY
Our Finger Joint (FJ) machine is Japan made system from a world-renowned woodworking machinery company specializing in Finger Joint.
Our FJ machine can produce a finished product with a length of up to 12 meters. This is intended for use on a truck deck, truck floor, or trailer deck.
The assembler system on our FJ machine is one-by-one. When compared to the more popular end-joint assembler approach, this technology connects each piece one by one and applies uniform pressure to each jointed member.
JAPANESE STANDARD GLUE
We utilize a high-quality glue, because we take our manufacturing seriously.
Furthermore, we select the appropriate adhesive for each wood species.
LABORATORY TEST
We do a visual examination as well as a laboratory test to assure the quality and strength of our finger joint goods. We will also conduct this laboratory test on a regular basis to guarantee that the quality is maintained.
