Keruing (Apitong) is a good solution for indoor or shaded spaces. Keruing (Apitong) has a superior weight-to-hardness ratio than Bangkirai (Yellow Balau). Keruing (Apitong) is a suitable alternative for wall paneling or ceilings because of its light weight (lower weight = lower structural cost).
